Digital sign-in application for schools, CFA, universities, training organizations and companies, in accordance with French, Spanish and European regulations in the context of initial, continuing, apprenticeship and work-study training.The use of this application requires a subscription to the SoWeSign solution (formerly JeSuisEnCours) which provides you with the startup codes necessary for the application.The generic signature application SoWeSign can be used in room, trainer, group, session or session mode: it allows the collection of signatures in online or offline mode (without Internet), for attendance monitoring and generation of attendance sheets, achievement certificates or attendance certificates from the online Manager at the end of training or the billing period.SoWeSign generates attendance certificates, certified in accordance with decree 2017-382 and guarantees the reliability of collection elements thanks to audit trails, in the context of CFA, OPCO, Regions, Pôle emploi, DIRECCTE funding and controls.SoWeSign offers face-to-face signing on tablets, smartphones, PCs and Macs, as well as remote signing by e-mail, and signing on individual device via Beacons, codes or QR codes, from the application for learners: SoWeSign Student.
